These terms govern access to, navigation and use of the website, as well as subscription to the newsletter about real estate crowdlending opportunities in the Dominican Republic. The website is for information and lead-generation purposes; it does not constitute a public offering of securities.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be submitted to the competent courts of the National District, Santo Domingo, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise in favor of the consumer.
